Delivery Times

Delivery time inside Saudi Arabia is 5 to 7 working days, depending on the region, and its cost is calculated automatically through the store

Orders received in Jeddah will be delivered on the same day by collecting from branch.

Non-Returnable Items

Beauty, fragrances, candles, cosmetics cannot be returned.

Return

The customers can return wrong, defective and damaged items up to 2 days after the delivery of your order.

NARCISSE may refuse to accept return or exchange item at our discretion

All items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us within 2 days of order receipt with the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
  2. Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned.
  3. The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
  4. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
  5. Please note beauty, fragrances, candles, cosmetics items cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees).

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  1. Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
  2. Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as a store credit (for website)

Damaged Goods and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders Return Policies

If the customer receives an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, The item must be returned in the same condition you received it within 2 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include the original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock.

Exchange

The customer has the right to replace the product with another product at the same price or higher within 2 days from the date of receipt.

In the event of a replacement, the fragrance must be in the condition in which it was received and not opened or used
